1. Privilege Card Issuance Conditions
- The customer must have booked a Meet & Greet service worth at least USD 200 (or equivalent) in a single confirmed transaction.
- The Privilege Card will be issued only after successful completion of the service.
- Each card is linked to the customer’s registered email ID & name and is non-transferable.
- Universal Airport Assistance reserves the right to verify the authenticity of bookings before issuing the Privilege Card.
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension of membership and forfeiture of wallet points.
2. Privilege Card Tiers & Benefits
Silver Card
- Eligibility: Automatically issued after completing the first service worth USD 200 or above.
- Welcome reward of 500 points.
- Earn 5% of service value as reward points.
- 1 reward point for every USD 20 spent.
- Redeem up to 5% of service value using welcome gift points.
- Wallet credits usable for Meet & Greet, Airport Transfer, Baggage Handling, Fast Track, and VIP Terminal services.
Gold Card
- Eligibility: Automatically upgraded after completing 5 or more services within a calendar month.
- Earn 7.5% of service value as reward points.
- 1.5 reward points for every USD 20 spent.
- Exclusive annual reward: Complimentary airport lounge pass or airport transfer (once per year).
- Downgrade Rule: Fewer than 5 services for two consecutive months results in downgrade to Silver.
Platinum Card
- Eligibility: Automatically upgraded after completing 10 or more services within a calendar month.
- Earn 10% of service value as reward points.
- 2 reward points for every USD 20 spent.
- Exclusive annual reward: Complimentary airport lounge pass and airport transfer (once per year).
- Downgrade Rule: Fewer than 10 services for two consecutive months results in downgrade to Gold.
3. Wallet & Points Value
- Point value for 2025–2026: 1 point = 1 USD (subject to change).
- For the first service, only gift points will be credited.
- Gift points expire one year from the date of issuance.
- Gift points and reward points are maintained separately.
- Wallet balances are non-cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
4. Redemption & Restrictions
- No reward points will be credited for services booked using wallet points.
- Welcome points and reward points can be redeemed together.
- Only the paid portion of a partially redeemed booking is refundable.
- Wallet balances cannot be exchanged for cash or combined across accounts.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds apply only to the paid portion of the transaction.
- Redeemed reward points are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines follow Universal Airport Assistance’s standard policy.
6. Data Privacy & Security
Universal Airport Assistance respects customer privacy. All personal and booking data is securely stored and used solely for service and reward management in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
- All decisions by Universal Airport Assistance management are final.
- The program is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
8. General Conditions
- Privilege Cards are personal and non-transferable.
- Wallet balances cannot be merged with other accounts.
- Universal Airport Assistance reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
- Continued use of the card implies acceptance of updated terms.
